2. 了解有無售后服務以及相關的服務措施,就近有無服務網(wǎng)點或無就近服務網(wǎng)點的快速解決方案,以及相關的應急措施。
3. 一臺合格的設備基本的三要素“壓力,時間,溫度”是否精準,顯示值與實際輸出值要匹配,是否滿足國標要求。(焊接總壓力等于拖動壓力加理論的焊接壓力;卷邊時間、吸熱時間,切換時間,漸升時間、冷卻時間要滿足要求;加熱板的表面溫差小于等于正負3度)作為生產(chǎn)廠家都有相關的檢測壓力、溫度的儀表,如若是到廠家去選購設備可以提出讓設備生產(chǎn)商現(xiàn)場演示這三要素是如何檢測、校準的方法。
4. 注意在抽取加熱板后的漸升對接階段油缸的動作是否是緩慢的,這也是保證一個合格焊口的重要階段,如果過快就會對焊口造成撞擊形成假焊。
5. 設備的油缸截面積標識是否在機身上標明,或在使用說明書中找到,這是計算焊接壓力是否與國標相符的重要參數(shù),也是檢驗一個合格的生產(chǎn)商是否真正了解焊接工藝的真?zhèn)巍?/div>
6. 全自動焊機的可更換的卡瓦數(shù)多為3層,這也是國標要求,如果是多層卡瓦的組合就保證不了焊接的質(zhì)量??ㄍ叩膶訑?shù)越多造成的累積誤差就越大,作用在焊口上的壓力就損失越大。
