焊接器操作步驟
1.準(zhǔn)備工作結(jié)束后，打開(kāi)操作開(kāi)關(guān)，仔細(xì)調(diào)整工作電流開(kāi)始焊接。
2.因任何原因，電熱熔焊機(jī)中途停止工作時(shí)，計(jì)時(shí)器都會(huì)記下電流通過(guò)的時(shí)間。按下rst鍵復(fù) 位，重新操作）
3.做好準(zhǔn)備工作，連接導(dǎo)線—打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)—設(shè)定電壓檔和時(shí)間—打開(kāi)操作開(kāi)關(guān)—計(jì)時(shí)器開(kāi)始計(jì)時(shí)—調(diào)整電流到設(shè)定值（緩調(diào)）開(kāi)始焊接—達(dá)到設(shè)定時(shí)間，蜂音器響自動(dòng)斷電—關(guān)閉操作開(kāi)關(guān)至OFF、電流旋鈕回零—摘下連接線夾子—按規(guī)定時(shí)間冷卻—檢查—工作結(jié)束。
4.焊接器會(huì)在電壓過(guò)高或電流過(guò)大的情況下自動(dòng)斷電，因此，在判斷焊接器是否在正常的數(shù)據(jù)下工作時(shí)，只需關(guān)上然后再打開(kāi)電源，切斷裝置使系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)到正常狀態(tài)。
Welding procedure

3. Make preparations, connect the wires - turn on the power switch - set the voltage level and time - turn on the operation switch - start the timer - adjust the current to the set value (slow adjustment) and start the welding - when the set time is reached, the buzzer will ring and automatically cut off - turn off the operation switch to off, the current knob returns to zero - remove the connecting clamp - cool down according to the specified time - check - the end of the work.
4. The welder will automatically cut off the power when the voltage is too high or the current is too high. Therefore, when judging whether the welder works under normal data, just turn off and then on the power supply, and cut off the device to restore the system to normal state。
